Terms of Use of the «Drillize» project (the «Project»)

We take the protection of your confidential information seriously. We are not liable for any personal or confidential information you provide to us. When protecting the confidential information provided to us, both in transmission and in receipt, we follow industry-standard practices. However, no method of transmitting information over the internet or storing it electronically is 100% secure. While we use commercially reasonable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Please bear this in mind when sharing any personal information with us. Please note that information you voluntarily place in your profile, disclose in comments, or insert into content becomes available to a wide audience. We are not responsible for your voluntary decision to share information through the above or any other means. We use personal information obtained through the Project for the purposes described in these Terms of Use. For example, we may use the information we collect to:
- provide our Services and the information you need, and to process and complete any transactions;
- respond to your emails, subscriptions, questions, comments, requests, and complaints, and to provide customer support;
- monitor and analyze the use and development of the Project, personalize and improve the Project, and enhance its functionality and usability;
- send you confirmations, updates, security alerts, and messages from the administration or support team, and for any other purposes for which the information was collected.
We do not share your personal information collected through the Project with third parties, except as set out in our Privacy Policy. For example, we may share information with third parties:
- service providers who work with us in connection with the Project, our sites and services;
- when you give us consent to do so, including when we inform you through the Project that the information you provide will be shared in a certain way (e.g. via Open Graph API) and you provide us with such information;
- when we have a legal right or obligation to do so, or when reasonably necessary to comply with the law, in response to legal process such as subpoenas, court orders, etc.
If you invite others to the Project, please ensure in advance that you truly wish to share your confidential information with them. If you have shared such information, we cannot guarantee that the recipient will not use it against you or misuse it. We cannot prevent such misuse and are not responsible for it. We may only block or delete the account of a user who violates our policies. If you provide information directly to someone outside our Project, we are not responsible for any consequences.
Certain user information may be collected automatically and stored in log files. This may include IP address, browser type, ISP, referrer/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamps, and visit data. This information does not identify individual users, and we use it only for trend analysis, Project administration, and improving our services. We do not link this automatically collected data to personally identifiable information.
Your information (including personal information) may be accessible only to our authorized employees or consultants, or to other parties who need such access to perform their duties. We will take appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect the personal information you provide to us, in accordance with applicable law.
We may retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, or as required by law, regulation, or competent authorities.
If we decide to change these Terms of Use, we will post the changes to this document. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, so we recommend that you review this document periodically.
